Unlike many used car warranties, our Warranty covers the breakdown of all mechanical and electrical components on the vehicle.

There is a small list of exclusions which includes general consumables (e.g. service items, tyres) and things typically damaged by road traffic accidents (e.g. bodywork, glass), and we are confident that our Warranty is the most comprehensive in the market.

The full list of excluded components is: 

Bodywork, paintwork, light units, interior and exterior trim, seats, seat belt and air bag systems, glass (including mirrors), handles, hinges and fasteners, exhaust systems, wiring, wheels and tyres. Workshop consumables and service/maintenance items which includes, but is not limited to; spark plugs, glow plugs, filters, brake and clutch frictional material, wiper blades and arms, drive belts, pipes and hoses, bulbs, batteries and fuses.

We try to keep things simple and only offer comprehensive cover options:

  • All mechanical and electrical component cover (Claim limit £1,000) – £29.99 per month
  • All mechanical and electrical component cover (Claim limit £3,000) – £34.99 per month

To help provide the best level of cover and service available, we provide Warranties for vehicles up to 10-years old that have covered a maximum of 100,000-miles.

We also provide cover for vehicles up to 2.4L/2,400cc engine capacity.

No. The Warranty is available on a monthly rolling contract, meaning you can keep the cover in place for as little or as long as possible – you’re in full control!

To help protect against fraudulent claims or pre-existing faults, you can’t make a claim for the first 28-days. 

After this, you’re free to claim at any time by contacting our Customer Support Team.

As standard, our Warranty includes cover for when you are driving in Mainland Europe.

Yes – although we do have a nationwide network of trusted repairers who are familiar with our processes and are set up to accept payment directly from us – saving you any upfront payment.

If you do choose to use your own garage, we will make you aware of the steps they will need to take and how claim settlement will be made.

If you sell your car you may be able to transfer the Warranty to your replacement, providing it is less than 10-years old and have covered less than 100,000-miles.

No, but we do recommend that you try to buy a car that has been serviced as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. 

During the period of Warranty, you should have the car serviced in accordance with your car manufacturer’s service schedule using a VAT registered garage.
