AA Logo

Caravan & Motorhome Cover – If a Motorhome is over 3-years old, it’s likely the original manufactures’ warranty will have expired, leaving your customers responsible for the cost of any repairs in the event of a breakdown.  A comprehensive Warranty from The Motoring Organisation can protect your customer for up to 3-years and offers optional Roadside Assistance provided by The AA when they need it, providing peace of mind on (and off) the road.

Our Warranty and optional Roadside Assistance package is designed to get you safe, secure and back on the road as quickly as possible. We’ll send a roadside patrol vehicle to your location within 30-minutes and, if your problem can’t be fixed on location, arrange roadside transportation to an approved repairer for full diagnosis and repair of the fault – so you can continue your journey with minimal inconvenience.

ClickMechanic partners with TMO...

Through this partnership, ClickMechanic will be offering its customers Used Car Warranty packages in the UK.

The partnership with TMO will provide ClickMechanic customers with an exclusive package starting from £29.99/mo. The package will be for a used car warranty that will aim to eliminate the worry of expensive and unexpected car repair bills.

ClickMechanic recognises that unexpected car repair costs can sometimes be an avoidable expense with preventative measures in place. A warranty with TMO will provide customers with protection against unforeseen repair costs, by covering all mechanical and electrical components. The product will be available for ClickMechanic customers on monthly rolling payments on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Manufacturers’ warranties typically expire after three years, which means millions of cars are unprotected against repair costs. The used car warranty package provided by TMO takes out all the guesswork by protecting all mechanical and electrical components, with additional perks such as break-down assistance, recovery, and car hire if required.

Andrew Jervis, Co-Founder of ClickMechanic, said: “We’re excited to be partnering with The Motoring Organisation. This partnership is important to us as it is a valuable tool to help make car care easier for our customers. Given our expertise in providing a hassle-free car repair experience since 2012, this partnership is another step in giving car owners the confidence that car repair does not have to be stressful.”

Christopher Pinkney, Managing Director of The Motoring Organisation, said: “We are all heavily reliant on cars for our work and social lives, so it’s important that there is a solution to get us back on the road when things go wrong. Our teams have been focusing on delivering solutions for motorists throughout the UK, taking away the uncertainty and delivering added peace of mind.

“Using our joint experience in the market, we have worked with ClickMechanic to develop their ‘hassle-free’ solution, providing customers the option to purchase the UK’s leading Warranty as an extension to their existing digital customer journey.

“Our partnership really helps demonstrate the mutual objective to deliver seamless, customer-centric solutions to the motor industry, taking a lead in this technology-led era.”

TMO launch dedicated 'Specialist Vehicle' Warranty Products...

Our teams recognise the need to protect a broad selection of vehicles, including those at the higher end of performance.

The TMO Specialist Warranty is designed for high end, prestige and performance, vehicles which need specialist repairers, that have the equipment and are trained to diagnose and repair the complex issues that can occur with these vehicles. Should a vehicle suffer a mechanical or electrical failure, our Specialist Warranty will help protect against an unexpected repair bill and take away the stress and inconvenience of finding your own repairer wherever you may be within the UK at the time of failure. We have hand picked the best specialist repairers nationwide and don’t use fast fit centers or national chains.

All mechanical and electrical components of the vehicle are covered, where they were supplied as part of the manufacturer’s original specification. Available on vehicles up to 7 years/70,000 miles. In addition to maximising the cover level available, we have also increased the labour rate to cover up to £150 per hour across all of our Specialist Warranty products.

The Motor Ombudsman welcomes The Motoring Organisation to its Vehicle Warranty Products Code ...

The Motoring Organisation is the latest provider of automotive warranty products to join The Motor Ombudsman’s growing portfolio of businesses that are accredited to its Vehicle Warranty Products Code

The Motor Ombudsman, the Ombudsman dedicated to the automotive sector, is pleased to announce that The Motoring Organisation, the Sheffield-based provider of Warranty products for cars, vans, motorcycles and motorhomes, has gained accredited to the Ombudsman’s Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI)-approved Motor Industry Code of Practice for Vehicle Warranty Products.

Becoming accredited to the long-established Vehicle Warranty Products Code gives The Motoring Organisation and their customers access to The Motor Ombudsman’s fully impartial and motor industry-specific alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service, in the rare event that the two parties are unable to conclude an issue directly through The Motoring Organisation’s in-house complaints process in the first instance.

Furthermore, being a part of the Code of Practice provides The Motoring Organisation with several other key benefits, such as the opportunity to speak with members of The Motor Ombudsman’s dispute resolution team for information and expert guidance, the ability to attend exclusive Motor Ombudsman events and motor industry update meetings, in addition to being eligible to enter The Motor Ombudsman’s Customer Service Star Awards, to be recognised by consumers for The Motor Organisation’s ethos of going above and beyond to provide the very highest standards of service.

Bill Fennell, Chief Ombudsman and Managing Director of the Motor Ombudsman, said: “Hot off the heels of celebrating five years as the Ombudsman for the automotive sector, we are delighted to welcome The Motoring Organisation to our Vehicle Warranty Products Code, further expanding the coverage of the Code for motorists purchasing extended warranties for their vehicles. They are a valued addition to our Code of Practice portfolio, and we look forward to working with Jonathan Butcher and his team during the coming months.”

Jonathan Butcher, Operations Director at The Motoring Organisation, added: “Our accreditation to The Motor Ombudsman’s Vehicle Warranty Products Code clearly highlights our commitment to providing our suite of warranty products to our customers in line with industry best practice. Being a part of the Code equally gives consumers the all-important peace of mind and reassurance that there is a free-of-charge and motor industry-specific dispute resolution service available, should there be a complaint that our own team is unable to conclude to their satisfaction.”
